Empordà gastronomy is a mixture of diverse influences. On the one hand, the Mediterranean provides some of its main ingredients: fish and seafood, whilst the rich inland areas of the region supply it with vegetables, wild mushrooms and top quality meat, making it an example of “sea and mountain” cuisine.
Our à la cart includes some of the most representative dishes of sea and mountain cuisine, such as the fish stew known as "suquet", Empordà-style rice, as well as the best fish and the best grilled meats.
You can enjoy the natural, traditional cuisine of the Costa Brava, without giving up creation and innovation.
